Delivery:
Staying true to why we started Peckamix, we still make all our bird food to order in small batches and process it all by hand. This means your bird food is as fresh as possible and hasn’t been sat in a warehouse for months. This does however mean we are unlikely to despatch your order same day as we need to make it for you! Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive.
Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery to most parts of the UK Mainland. Postcode exclusions apply, details can be found here.
For orders under £40 there is a £3.95 delivery charge.
Returns:
You have the right to return any unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 30 days after you receive the goods. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense.

How Do I Feed This Mix?
The Sparrow Mix is designed to be fed from a tube seed feeders, bird tables or ground tray.
What Birds Like This Mix?
This mix is perfect for sparrows but will also attract other garden birds such as robins, blackbirds, dunnocks, blue tits, great tits, chaffinches, etc.
No Fillers
As with all our bird seed mixes, our Sparrow Mix contains no whole wheat or filler ingredients and is hand mixed to order by us in the UK for optimal freshness.
Recyclable Packaging:
Our Sparrow Mix is available in plastic free 15kg Paper Sack and 20kg Paper Sack options. Our smaller bag sizes (1.5kg, 3kg and 5kg) are made of a recyclable plastic. The plastic bags can be recycled at many supermarkets and other collection points. For more details and to find your nearest collection point, please read our recyclable packaging page.
Can I Feed This Mix All-Year Round?
Absolutely, the Sparrow Mix contains nutritious white millet, oil-rich kibbled peanuts and protein packed dried mealworms, perfect for every season.
Can this mix be fed around pets?
This mix does not contain any sultanas or raisins.
If you are lucky enough to get sparrows visiting your garden, then this is the mix for you! Our sparrow mix is specifically tailored to include seeds that are favoured by sparrows.
Sparrows have a unique ability to break the husk of millet by rolling the seed over their tongue to access the nutritious centre. White millet is a rich source of magnesium, iron & fibre among other valuable nutrients for your garden birds.
As with all our seed mixes this Sparrow Mix is based on sunflower hearts as the main ingredient to ensure our mixes provide great nutritional benefit to all types of wild birds, including soft billed birds.
This Sparrow Mix bird seed is suitable to be fed from a hanging tube feeder, bird table or on the ground, making it a favourite of sparrows and a great comprehensive mix to attract a wide variety of birds to your garden all year round.
